Our Story

Cornwall has always had places to get your nails done.

What it didn't have was somewhere to disappear for an afternoon — a proper getaway, the kind you normally drive two hours to find.

I've been building spas here since 2018, and that gap never closed.

So I decided to close it myself. I approached the Dev Hotel three years before Sky Serenity opened. Then COVID hit, and the idea sat.

Three years later they called me back and asked if I was still interested. I was.

Sky Serenity opened inside the Dev Hotel in June 2025 — a resort-style retreat you don't have to leave town for.

Cedar sauna, steam room, rain showers, treatment suites, and a lounge nobody asks you to leave.

Two thirds of the people who came in that first year came back.

What we've built here works. Now the goal is to bring it to other hotels, so their guests get the same thing.

Holly

Trained in Quebec, where aesthetics and laser are held to a higher standard.

Advanced credentials in both provinces, and a laser certification from Édith Serei in Laval.

Every laser session at Sky Serenity is performed by a certified operator — which is worth asking about anywhere you go.

Founder

Jenna

Our longest-standing team member, with a specialty in massage and fitness.

She also has one of the steadiest hands in the building — her manicures and pedicures are the kind people re-book before they've left the chair.

She brings a Moroccan approach to skin and body care — unhurried, ritual-led, and generous with time.

Esthetician

Monika

Our busiest esthetician, and most of her clients book with her specifically.

She also performs the Indian head and scalp ritual in the tradition she was raised in — forty-five minutes people describe as a reset.
