Laser Technician
The role we most want to fill. Certification required — Quebec-trained or equivalent, with real hours on a platform.
You'd run our Sky Advanced menu: laser hair removal, DPC photofacials, fractional resurfacing, tattoo removal.
If you're certified and looking, talk to us before you talk to anyone else.
Esthetician
Facials, body treatments, manicures and pedicures.
Ontario license required. We use a clinical skincare line and we expect you to understand skin, not just apply product.
Advanced training available and encouraged.
Massage & Body Therapist
Massage, body wraps, and the recovery side of things.
If you have a fitness or rehab background, that's a plus rather than a curiosity.
Front Desk
The person who holds the day together.
Booking, re-booking, retail, and being the reason someone books again.
Harder than it sounds and more important than most places admit.

Sky Serenity opened inside the Dev Hotel in June 2025.
In a year we've gone from an idea to a full treatment floor, a laser suite, and a thermal circuit that doesn't exist anywhere else in Cornwall.
We're not done.

We're inside a hotel with long-stay government and military cohorts, plus a local client base that re-books. You're not building a book from zero or waiting on walk-ins.
Real equipment, real training
Sharplight OmniMax S4, Circadia clinical skincare, RF and micro-needling. If you want to learn advanced modalities, we'll train you on them properly.

Hourly wage, controlled tips + commission, and a schedule built to Ontario ESA standards. No chair rental, no chasing your own supplies, no month where you make nothing because it was quiet.
